Why is payment manual right now?
We're finalising company registration in the UAE, which payment gateways require. Until Stripe (or Telr/PayTabs) checkout goes live, upgrades are activated by hand — usually within a few hours of your email. Early-access users keep their founder rate when automated billing launches.
What exactly is a "deep test"?
A real-browser, real-network test run through WPT Pro (Catchpoint) or DebugBear — full waterfall, origin network map, CDN cost attribution, and the three persona reports. PSI reports never consume deep-test credits.
Do pack credits expire?
Packs are valid for 12 months and never auto-renew. Subscription credits reset monthly and don't roll over. Both feed the same balance, so you can mix them.
Is there regional / AED pricing?
Pricing is in USD, which MENA enterprise buyers are used to for SaaS. When local checkout (Telr/PayTabs) launches we'll add AED card support at the same USD-equivalent price.
